The RFA permits more than one submission per applicant. However, institutions planning to submit more than one application must ensure that each application can stand alone in the chance both are funded and that the rationale for a separate proposals, rather than comprehensive program-wide submission, is clearly explained. The 25% match requirement must be met separately for each proposal submitted. In the event multiple proposals from a single campus are funded, each proposal must document unduplicated matching to meet program requirements.
