Due to the ongoing disruptions caused by COVID-19, following is updated guidance for submission of original documents related to endowment proposals/match requests submitted in spring 2021. Proposals and match requests including copies or electronic signatures of required forms will be accepted for consideration in this funding cycle. Copies/electronic versions of all documents required in policy must be provided by the relevant program’s published deadline, or the submission will be deemed incomplete.
When available, campuses should forward documents with original signatures or certified true originals for our permanent files. Delays in receipt of originals will not affect funding recommendations or the processing of matching funds for affected endowments as long as the electronic copies are on file.
