Consultants’ reports, including funding recommendations, for all FY 2025–26 Board of Regents Support Fund competitive programs are available below. These reports include rank-order lists of proposals recommended for funding, as well as recommended funding levels. A memo is posted with the reports indicating the rank orders in each report for which monies are expected to be available. It is essential to read the memo together with each report to understand which projects will be considered for funding by the Board.
These reports constitute official notice of consultants’ recommendations forwarded to the Board. Individual award letters are not provided.
The Board is expected to act on consultants’ recommendations, as well as on institutional requests for matching funds to endow non-competitive professorships and first-generation undergraduate scholarships, at its meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Institutions must notify staff of acceptance or decline of recommended awards by close of business on Friday, March 20.

NOTE ON REVIEWER FEEDBACK: The published RCS report contains written assessments only for recommended projects. For RCS projects not recommended for funding, consultant assessments and comments will be posted to the PI’s LOGAN account during July 2026. Published endowment reports contain assessments of all qualified proposals; no additional debriefing information is available.
