The Constitutional Amendment to repeal and liquidate the Kevin P. Reilly, Sr. Louisiana Education Quality Trust Fund and its subfunds, including the Board of Regents Support Fund (BoRSF), was not ratified by popular vote on May 16, 2026. As a result, staff expect to operate both grant and endowment programs as normal in FY27. Note, however, that this expectation is not yet confirmed, as the Support Fund Plan and Budget for FY27 is not yet through the legislative process. Once the annual Plan and Budget is finalized, this post will be updated to confirm normal operations or indicate any changes and provide a date for RFP release for the competitive cycle.
