The Board of Regents/Southern Regional Education Board Graduate Fellowships to Promote Diversity program provides doctoral candidates with both fellowship support and membership in SREB’s Doctoral Scholars Program, to ensure that student recipients receive the tools they need to succeed in graduate school and beyond.
