Due to Hurricane Francine, the R&D (RCS, ITRS, and PoC/P) notice of intent deadline of Wednesday, October 11, 2024 at 4:30 pm central has been extended to Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 4:30 pm central. The addenda to the RFPs formally changing the deadline are available here: RCS, ITRS/PoCP. This outage does not affect any other published BoRSF deadlines, including R&D proposal deadlines.
NoIs submitted before this extension are not affected and do not need to be resubmitted.
