Outreach is an essential component of the National Science Foundation (NSF) EPSCoR’s investment strategies which seeks to strengthen the academic research competitiveness of EPSCoR institutions by informing the EPSCoR community of NSF strategic priorities, policies, and funding opportunities. Therefore, NSF EPSCoR is providing financial support for selective travel by permanent NSF staff and Visiting Scientists, Engineers and Educators (VSEEs) to participate in STEM events organized by EPSCoR jurisdictions. These outreach events also acquaints NSF staff of the science, engineering and education accomplishments resulting from EPSCoR funded projects.
