At Louisiana Tech, a RCS grant recipient is working on one of the central portable power sources of the 21st century – lithium ion batteries. The PI’s funded work, chiefly on ion conductivity, has been featured at international conferences, covers of several scholarly journals, articles in local newspapers, and segments on local news programs.
