Through its more than 25 years of NSF support, Louisiana EPSCoR, managed by the Board of Regents with leadership across Louisiana campuses, has been a major catalyst for innovative statewide and national advancement. And sustainability through competitive research is a key objective of EPSCoR. Specifically, EPSCoR aims to create, strengthen, and institutionalize collaborations among academic, government, and private sector stakeholders to advance scientific research, promote innovation and provide meaningful societal benefits.
These two active grants, which combined provide over $2 million in funds to Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans, have the potential to make significant impacts on academic, government and/or private sector stakeholders. For more information on the goals, objectives, and prospective impacts of these awards, check out the EPSCoR newsletter.
