LA ESPCoR Research Infrastructure Improvement (RII) request for proposals, which solicits proposals for multi-institutional research initiatives in advanced materials and manufacturing. Proposers may request up to $4 million annually for a period of five years. Notices of Intent are required and are due on February 24, 2014; proposals are due on April 10, 2014.
