A Traditional Enhancement project managed by Northwestern State University plans to create a streaming video library of counseling techniques, practices, and methods for Psychology students and faculty. A partnership between Northwestern and four other public higher education institutions was called by a panel of external reviewers a model of collaboration that should be considered by other universities.
