Supported by a BoRSF Research Competitiveness Subprogram (RCS) award, a principal investigator at Tulane Health Sciences Center is pursuing immune mechanisms that regulate and control persistent infection, with an eye toward understanding how these mechanisms relate to the clearance of bacterial infection.
