Dr. Jerome Breslin at the LSU Health Sciences Center-New Orleans will undertake research through a top-ranked Research Competitiveness Subprogram grant to study pump function in contractile lymphatic vessels. His work may substantially advance understanding of lymphatic contractile mechanisms and provide a basis for further investigations of overall lymphatic function.
