An Enhancement award held by UL Lafayette’s Center for Advanced Computer Study (CACS) has helped CACS emerge as a leader in fundamental research and education related to the rapidly expanding fields of sensors and sensor networks. Through the grant, CACS was able to establish the Laboratory for Ubiquitous Sensing and Networking to support the growth of this important field of study.
