The Enhancement Program for Two-Year Institutions, first funded in 2001-02, is a special component of Enhancement designed to support two-year campuses in their missions of serving the educational and workforce needs of Louisiana’s citizens. Each year principles to guide proposal development are identified, to focus support areas of greatest emphasis and need across the State’s community colleges.
